Why you are receiving this notice

prospect GTWY collects personal information about a minor athlete. Federal law requires that we give the child’s parent or legal guardian direct notice of what we collect and that we obtain your verifiable consent before we collect or publish it. This page is that notice.

What we will collect

If you consent, we will collect and host the information you provide for the profile, which may include:

• The athlete’s name, sport, graduating class, and general location.
• Photos and videos of the athlete that you upload.
• Athletic metrics, achievements, schedule, affiliations, and home venues.
• Optional academic and activity details you choose to add.

What you are consenting to

By signing the consent form, you confirm that you are the athlete’s parent or legal guardian and you consent to:

• Our collection and storage of the athlete’s information described above.
• Publishing a limited public preview of the profile, with the athlete’s full name, photos, school, exact location, and schedule withheld from the public and search engines.
• Sharing the full profile with the coaches, programs, and sponsors you approve.
• The name, image, and likeness uses set out in the NIL, Publicity, and Media Release, which you sign together with this consent.

You can consent to collection and use of the profile without consenting to a sponsor association. Tell us in the form or by email if you wish to opt out of sponsor features.

How you give consent

Our consent method is a signed consent form. After you create an account as the parent or guardian, we provide the consent form and media release. You complete and sign it (by hand or electronic signature) and return it to us. We do not publish the athlete’s profile beyond the limited preview, and we do not share the full profile, until the signed form is on file. To request the form, contact [email protected].

How you withdraw consent

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting [email protected]. When you withdraw consent, we stop further collection and use, remove the profile, and delete the athlete’s photos and media from storage. You may also ask us to review or delete the information we have collected at any time.
