Last Updated: June 25, 2026

Introduction

RALLYO CONCEPTS LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our applications, websites, and services.

Certain RALLYO CONCEPTS LLC products have their own detailed privacy policies. kordi AVE, our public mobile application, has its own Privacy Policy that governs data collected through that application. This policy applies to rallyo.life and to any product without its own product-specific privacy policy.

Information We Collect

We collect several types of information:

  • Information you provide directly to us (e.g., account registration, feedback forms)
  • Information we collect automatically when you use our applications (e.g., usage data, device information)
  • Information from third-party sources (e.g., authentication providers, payment processors)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Develop new features and functionality
  • Communicate with you about our services
  • Protect against fraud and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

Artificial Intelligence

Certain products use third-party AI services to provide features such as informational responses, content suggestions, and scheduling assistance. When you use AI-powered features, relevant interaction data may be sent to our AI service provider(s) for processing. We do not send your account credentials, payment information, or precise location data to AI providers. See product-specific privacy policies for detailed AI disclosures.

Information Sharing

We may share your information with:

  • Service providers who assist in operating our services (hosting, analytics, payments, AI)
  • Business partners with your consent
  • Legal authorities when required by law

We do NOT sell your personal information. We do NOT share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising purposes.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Access to your personal information
  • Correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion of your information
  • Restriction of processing
  • Data portability
  • Objection to processing
  • Opt out of data sales (we do not sell data, but you may exercise this right)

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights as described in those laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected].

Data Security and Breach Notification

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We carry professional liability insurance with a cyber insurance endorsement.

In the event of a data breach involving your personal information, we will notify affected users without unreasonable delay and consistent with applicable state breach notification laws (some states require notice within a fixed period such as 30 days or sooner). Where the law requires, we will also notify the relevant state Attorney General, including the Indiana Attorney General, and the nationwide consumer reporting agencies. If a breach involves a child’s information, we will notify the child’s parent or guardian. Notifications will include a description of the incident, the types of information involved, steps we are taking, and steps you can take to protect yourself.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Children and prospect GTWY

Most RALLYO CONCEPTS LLC products are general-audience services that are not directed to children under 13, and for those products we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

prospect GTWY is different. prospect GTWY is an athlete-profile product that knowingly hosts information about minors, including children under 13, and we only do so under the control of a parent or legal guardian. For prospect GTWY:

  • A parent or legal guardian must hold the account, and we obtain verifiable parental consent before a child’s information is collected or published.
  • By default, a minor’s public profile shows only a limited preview, with identifying details (full name, photos, school, exact location, and schedule) withheld from the public. A parent or guardian may choose to make a fuller profile public; either way, a minor’s profile is never indexed by search engines, and the full profile is shared only with approved viewers.
  • We collect only what is reasonably necessary, retain it only as long as needed for the profile, and a parent or guardian can review, correct, or delete the child’s information and request takedown of photos at any time by contacting us.

See the dedicated prospect GTWY Children’s Privacy Notice for full details, including how a parent gives or withdraws consent.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
